Your doctor asks
"Do you have a disease, and how do we treat it?"
Conventional care is built to catch illness in a rushed 10-minute appointment. It was never designed to help you optimize how you feel, perform, and age.
Functional Health Coaching · For the body
You've been told everything's "normal." But you don't feel normal. We look beyond the lab range to what your body actually needs to feel good, perform, and stay healthy for decades.
Here's what I believe
Too many people walk around exhausted, stressed, inflamed, anxious and sleep-deprived — and assume that's just how it is. It isn't. Most people don't have a willpower problem. Most people don't have a motivation problem.
I don't want you obsessing over your health. I want your health to support your life — so you have the energy for the work you care about, the people you love, and the years still ahead of you.
What we may explore
What the work looks like
Your doctor asks
"Do you have a disease, and how do we treat it?"
Conventional care is built to catch illness in a rushed 10-minute appointment. It was never designed to help you optimize how you feel, perform, and age.
I ask
"What does your body actually need to feel good, perform, and stay healthy for decades?"
That's the heart of orthomolecular and functional health work — starting with the whole picture and finding the root cause, not just the label.
You get a plan built around you — not generic advice you could've googled. A clear, realistic plan covering nutrition, targeted nutrient support based on orthomolecular principles, lifestyle changes, and where helpful, insights from genetic testing. Your genes aren't your destiny, but they show your tendencies, so we can support exactly where you need it.
And then the part that actually makes the difference: ongoing support. Most people don't fail because they lack information — they fail because they're left alone with it. I check in, adjust the plan as we go, and keep you supported. Lasting change comes from consistent support, not a one-off appointment.
The payoff
Showing up sharp at work — and still having something left for your family and your life.
Investing a little now is far easier, and far cheaper, than dealing with a serious health problem later.
Not just a longer life, but a stronger, more independent one. Living well, longer.
The "normal" trap
The "normal range" on your lab report simply shows where about 95% of a comparison population falls — and that group often includes people who went to the doctor because something was already wrong. So "within range" really means somewhere between healthy and not yet visibly sick. It does not mean "optimal for you."
That's why you can have "perfectly normal" bloodwork and still feel far from your best. There's another layer worth naming: for decades, medical research was conducted largely on men, and women were underrepresented in many studies. That's part of why so many women find their symptoms harder to get taken seriously — and it's slowly changing. This matters for women in particular, and men are just as welcome here. Whoever you are, you deserve to be heard.
What to expect in your first session
No rushing. No "everything looks normal, next patient." We take the time to really talk — your health history, what's been going on, your energy, sleep, stress, digestion, and what you actually want to feel and achieve. For a lot of people, it's the first time anyone has genuinely listened to the full story.
Together we'll get clear on your goals and start spotting the areas where small changes could make the biggest difference. You'll leave with a real sense of direction — and depending on your situation, the first practical steps you can start right away. Most importantly, you'll walk away feeling seen, understood, and supported — with a plan made for you, not for the average person on a chart.
Your next step
A warm, unhurried first conversation — no pressure, no obligation. Just a real chance to be heard and to start feeling better.
